Saranta Soundworks Free License (SSFL) v1.0

This license governs the use of the Lozengrad JSFX plugin pack and any other software plugins distributed by Saranta Soundworks (collectively, "the Plugins").

Our mastering tools and audio applications process your files locally within your browser. Your audio files are never uploaded, stored, or processed on our servers. All DSP happens on your local machine using the Web Audio API.

4.2 Information You Provide

If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.

We may use basic analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve our tools. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users.

Always use appropriate hearing protection and monitor at safe levels. Saranta Soundworks tools may produce high-output signals. We are not responsible for hearing damage resulting from improper use of our software.

Can I release songs made with your plugins?
Yes. Commercial use in music productions is fully permitted.
Can I earn money from music created with your plugins?
Yes. Streaming revenue, sales, sync licensing, and client mixing/mastering fees are all allowed.
Can I sell the plugin itself?
No. The Plugins may not be sold, either in original or modified form.
Can I modify the source code?
Yes, under the terms of the Saranta Soundworks Free License (SSFL) v1.0. Modified versions must remove the original branding and may not be sold.
Can I share modified versions online?
Yes, provided that: the Saranta Soundworks name and branding are removed from the modified version, the SSFL license is included, and the modified version is distributed free of charge.
Can I use your plugins in a commercial studio or offer mixing/mastering services with them?
Yes. Studio use and client work are fully permitted.
Can I include your plugins in a YouTube video or stream?
Yes. You may use, demonstrate, and review the plugins in videos and streams. We appreciate attribution but do not require it.
Can I bundle your plugins in a paid product or subscription?
No. The Plugins may not be bundled in any paid product, bundle, or subscription service.
Can I use your plugins in AI-generated music?
Yes, but note that AI-generated derivatives of the Plugins themselves remain subject to the SSFL license restrictions. See the AI Policy for details.
Can I register a domain name containing "Saranta" or "Lozengrad"?
No. Registering domain names containing our trademarks without written permission is prohibited under our Trademark Policy.
Do I need to credit Saranta Soundworks when using your plugins?
No, attribution is not required. However, we always appreciate it when users mention us in their production notes or social media posts.
Can I use the Lozengrad source code for commercial plugin development?
No. The source code may be used for personal modification and learning, but you may not use it as the basis for commercial plugin products.
