01. Terms of Use

1.1 Site Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, audio samples, design, and code (excluding separately licensed JSFX source code) — is the property of Burak Balta / Saranta Soundworks and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

1.2 Use of Services

You may use the browser-based audio tools for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the web-based tools beyond normal browser operation
• Use the tools to infringe upon any third-party copyright or intellectual property
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the website or its underlying infrastructure

1.3 No Warranty

All tools and content are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. See the Disclaimer section for details.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saranta Soundworks or Burak Balta be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website, tools, or plugins.

1.5 Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or its services at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms.

1.6 Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

02. Plugin License

This license governs the use of the Lozengrad JSFX plugin pack and any other software plugins distributed by Saranta Soundworks (collectively, "the Plugins").

2.1 Definitions

• "The Plugins" — all JSFX source files, compiled effects, and associated resources distributed under the Saranta Soundworks brand.
• "Commercial Use" — creating, recording, mixing, mastering, and distributing music or audio for monetary gain.
• "Distribution" — making the Plugins available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.

2.2 Permissions

You are permitted to:

• ✔ Use the Plugins to create, record, mix, master, and distribute commercial music and audio productions
• ✔ Upload music processed with the Plugins to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and monetize your content
• ✔ Use the Plugins in commercial mixing, mastering, or audio production services for clients
• ✔ Modify the source code for personal or internal use
• ✔ Share modifications within private groups or sessions, provided the Saranta Soundworks name is removed from modified versions

2.3 Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• ✘ Sell the Plugins, in original or modified form, as standalone software
• ✘ Bundle the Plugins in any paid product, bundle, or subscription service
• ✘ Distribute modified versions under the Saranta Soundworks or Lozengrad brand name
• ✘ Use the Plugins as part of a service that charges users for access to the Plugins themselves
• ✘ Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or license notices included in the source files

2.4 Modification & Redistribution

If you modify the Plugins:

• You must remove or rename any Saranta Soundworks, Lozengrad, or plugin-specific branding from the modified version
• You must include a copy of this license with the modified version
• You may not imply endorsement or affiliation with Saranta Soundworks

2.5 Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Plugins in your possession.

03. Preset License

Any preset files (.rpl, .fxp, or configuration files) distributed by Saranta Soundworks, whether bundled with the Plugins or released separately.

• ✔ Presets may be used commercially in audio productions without attribution
• ✔ Presets may be loaded, modified, and saved for personal use
• ✘ Presets may not be redistributed or sold separately as preset packs
• ✘ Presets may not be bundled in paid preset collections without written permission

04. Privacy Policy

At Saranta Soundworks, we value your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle information when you use our web-based audio tools and services.

4.1 Data Processing & Audio Files

Our mastering tools and audio applications process your files locally within your browser. Your audio files are never uploaded, stored, or processed on our servers. All DSP happens on your local machine using the Web Audio API.

4.2 Information You Provide

If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.

4.3 Analytics

We may use basic analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve our tools. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users.

4.4 Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — Font delivery. Requests to Google's servers may include IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase — BeatMaster leaderboard storage. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

5.1 What Are Cookies

• Cloudflare — Security and performance cookies essential for site operation
• Firebase — Session management for BeatMaster leaderboard functionality

6.1 Our Trademarks

Saranta Soundworks^®, Lozengrad^®, Lozengrad Masterbus One^®, Lozengrad Drumbus One^®, Lozengrad Guitarbus One^®, Lozengrad Bassbus One^®, Lozengrad Synthbus One^®, Lozengrad Bas Amfi^®, all associated logos, product names, and taglines are trademarks or registered trademarks of Burak Balta / Saranta Soundworks.

6.2 Permitted Use

You may refer to these trademarks by name when:

• Reviewing, discussing, or reviewing the Plugins in articles, videos, or social media
• Attributing the source of audio processing equipment or software in production notes or credits
• Linking to the official Saranta Soundworks website or repository

6.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use Saranta Soundworks or Lozengrad trademarks to identify modified or redistributed versions of the Plugins
• Register domain names containing our trademarks without written permission
• Use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent
• Use our trademarks in misleading or defamatory contexts

07. AI Policy

7.1 AI Analysis of Source Code

AI systems (including large language models and code analysis tools) may analyze the Lozengrad JSFX source code for educational, research, or reference purposes, provided that:

• The AI system does not reproduce the source code in a manner that substitutes for the original Plugins
• Attribution to Saranta Soundworks is maintained where the source code is referenced

7.2 AI-Generated Derivatives

Any derivative works, modifications, or adaptations generated with the assistance of AI systems remain subject to the SSFL v1.0. Specifically:

• AI-generated derivatives may not be distributed under the Saranta Soundworks name
• AI-generated derivatives may not be sold or bundled in paid products
• The original copyright and license must be respected regardless of the tool used to create the derivative

7.3 Training Data

The Saranta Soundworks source code may be included in AI training datasets, provided that the dataset maintains attribution and does not misrepresent the origin of the code.

08. Disclaimer

8.1 No Warranty

All software, tools, and content provided by Saranta Soundworks are distributed "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saranta Soundworks and Burak Balta hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the software will operate without interruption or error
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

8.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saranta Soundworks or Burak Balta be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or equipment damage) arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Audio Monitoring

Always use appropriate hearing protection and monitor at safe levels. Saranta Soundworks tools may produce high-output signals. We are not responsible for hearing damage resulting from improper use of our software.
